We would like to introduce the recommended line of parts from EPES, known for years in the airsoft market for their tuning components. The cylinder head design eliminates flaws of standard parts. The nozzle guide has an increased diameter, improving nozzle alignment and eliminating play between the nozzle and the guide, ensuring a perfect fit to the hop-up bucking. Improper nozzle alignment may cause bucking curl or hop-up damage. “Midcap syndrome" does not occur even with strong springs, as BBs do not push the nozzle off-axis.

Additionally, manufacturing quality and PTFE coating improve smooth nozzle movement. Increased tappet plate stroke allows using a nozzle up to 1 mm longer, ensuring better fit and eliminating feeding issues.

Our solution sets a new standard of quality and performance. Securing the cylinder head inside the gearbox prevents unwanted movement, and the innovative design allows a longer tappet plate stroke. Aircraft-grade aluminum with H + PTFE coating ensures part durability, while polyurethane pads improve airflow and impact absorption. They are available in three hardness levels and four thickness options for optimal AOE adjustment.

The EPeS cylinder head offers two unique design solutions:
Increased tappet plate stroke.
The surface stopping the tappet is moved backward, allowing the use of a nozzle up to 1 mm longer than standard. It improves sealing and BB feeding, especially in V2 gearboxes.
Unique gearbox mounting system.
Two M3 threads securely fasten the cylinder head, eliminating axial play and feeding issues. A loosely fitted cylinder head causes loss of sealing, uneven operation, and nozzle jamming in the hop-up chamber.
