This precision minimizes issues like hop-up rubber curling, flange damage, or feeding problems—making "Midcap syndrome" a thing of the past. The extended guide rod further enhances nozzle stiffness in its extended position, optimizing pneumatic system efficiency and seal tightness.

The cylinder head features an extended tappet plate stroke, allowing for nozzles up to 1mm longer than standard designs. This provides a tighter fit between the nozzle and hop-up bucking, resolving feeding issues while ensuring airtight shooting performance. Its unique mounting system includes M3 grub screws, enabling secure and customizable fitting in most V2 and V3 gearboxes. This innovative design ensures perfect alignment, eliminating performance loss, wear, and axial sway.

Constructed from EN AW 7075-T6 aircraft-grade duralumin, the cylinder head combines exceptional strength and durability with an H+PTFE surface finish for enhanced sliding properties and abrasion resistance.
