Its a great gearbox if you want to upgrade your older mp5 from cyma because the older ones respons is little bit slow and this one has a great and quick trigger respons and a its a quick install to do your self if you know a little bit of airsoft replicas its just old one out and new one in

Despite Patrick saying it work for an AEG, this is simply not true. If you have anything similar to a ASR118 - BOAR COMPETITION 16" SDU2.0 - BLACK [APS] or CM.623 MOSFET EDITION then I would not recommend this item.

The gearbox is a tiny bit too large. You can fit it in with some violence but that's when the problems occur. As Patrick is saying the trigger is too large, so that needs to be swapped. Further more the part that is supposed to allow you to swap between "safe/semi/auto" does not fit either. While the trigger is easy to fix, then I have no clue how to fix the safety.

This is a great drop in gearbox.
It has really nice shimming right our of the box and isn't overly greased.
This gearbox has a number of really nice features that means you can get a really nicecly tuned AEG Rif without a head ache of tunning it yourself.
The Mosfet micro switch has a really nice click and feel to it.
The 8mm bearings are a snug fit and are very quiet. along with the silent piston head and cyclinder it makes for a nice and crisp profile when firing.
There is excellent compression right out of the box with zero air leaks.
The gears are pre short stroked out of the box meaning you get a really nice ROF even with a 7.4v lipo.

The Pros:
- Very nicely tuned right out of the box.
- Excellent compression and zero leaks
- The high speed motor gives a very crisp and snappy rof.

The Cons:

- The cyclinder will require swapping to a type one cyclinder if this is to be used in a HK33 or G3 Build
- The flat trigger is a aesthectic preference, if tyou want a more classic look this will need to be swapped.

This is a great drop in box for any V2/MP5 gun.
Microswitch trigger, full steel piston, bearings and a high ROF.
The piston has full steel teeth with a silent piston type head the extra seals on the nozzle and cyclinder headmean you get 100% perfect compression right out of the box.
The gears are well machined high quality steel, the sector gear has a built in chip which aids feeding in higher rof setups. The sector gear also has a lower number of teeth than the piston meaning the gearbox is effectively short stroked right out of the box.
The bearings are also nice and snug and will not spin inside the case meaning the shell will last a long time.

Pros

- Perfect compression
- High quality steel throughout

Cons
- If used in a longer barrel gun (like a g3 or hk33) you will need to swap the cyclinder for a type 1 cyclinder

Nicely shimmed and greased, a great drop in option. Very solid and a really nice trigger response. Motor is the standard CYMA motor you expect. Nice crisp sound a decent AOE on the piston. Also love the quick change spring guide.

Everything is working corectly without problem im just change gearbox for old one i dont have any problem. Motor is solid but for this price is very good. Fast delivery to slovakia and good communication with support.

Very disappointed for what was sent. Various signs if being used prior. The pinion gear was buggered up with obvious signs of wear and not propperly adjusted when it was in use. Everything else seems to be functioning fine just almost better off buying the whole gun and pulling our the gearbox and motor yourself.
