It’s a really cool product. I use it in two AKs and one SRC G36. As far as I can tell, it’s compatible with most guns that use a V3 gearbox. It's a quality product and the metal parts are more durable than the plastic ones.

Another great product from Cyma. It's a stock replacement for the most of their replicas. I'm using it in almost every gearbox that I open. Cheap and of high quality. It seals great and the piston head is attached firmly.

The piston I got wasn't the one that is displayed here which is unfortunate. The one in the thumbnails clearly shows a piston having a solid long bar of reinforcement on one side, and the other having cut-outs that match up with the teeth.

The one I got has the singe long reinforcement on both sides. The whole reason I bought these was to get the ones that have the cut-outs to match up with the teeth so I can more easily shim my problematic gear sets that sit higher without binding against the piston.

Besides that issue, it's a CYMA piston, it's going to take whatever you throw at it and not care. I'm just going to have to take a grinder to all of the ones I bought to make them work now.

A good replacement part. The materials used are correctly given in the description. I wish to add that the piston has a full set of teeth - the second to last is not removed. The head is screwed securely to the piston. The only negative is the O-ringI replaced it with a new one because the original wasn't sealing perfectly.

Same piston sets used in cyma plat replicas,work well and if paired with 13:1 gears and short stroked, they will work amazingly,as ive never had these pistons break,usually the mosfet of electronic system of my replcias will fail before the actual piston or gear set does (funny and ironic) will have spares of these for my replicas just incase though.

Always great to keep a few of these on hand. Nice simple drop in with out needing anythign other then a cylender head to match. Great combo for the price. I like to keep a few extra at my work bench.

Durable Piston, with nice seal.
Used it with M130 Spring Full-Auto, no problems after several seasons.
A little bit teflon grease on the tooths.
you can a little bit expand the O-ring to make a perfect seal with the cylinder.

An exelent combo of parts from Cyma. Solid materials and for a great price! The silent head can be used for correcting angle of engagement in the gearbox (so you don't need to install Sorbo pads - stay away!) I'll buy more in my next order

It's a good piston.

That's the same piston, which is installed in the newer batches of the blue edition CYMA guns. It's good quality and is comparable with other steel-toothed CYMA pistons. This one has the best head of all of the CYMA-pistons.
