Wzmocniony szkielet gearbox`a do replik serii V.2 [J.G.Works]

Dobry szkielet w przyzwoitej cenie. Wzmocniony przód wygląda solidniej niż w osławionym KWA. Dodatkowy plus za szybką wymianę sprężyny, prowadnicę trzeba sobie oczywiście dopasować. Trzeba trochę nad nim popracować przy montażu, w zależności do jakiej repliki jest montowany.

Świetnie spasowany, wygląda porządnie. Widać że front szkieletu został grubo wzmocniony w newralgicznych punktach i zostały zrobione też małe nawierty. Oczywiście trzeba było troszeczkę modyfikować otwory na łożyska ale to tylko kwestia zdarcia pilnikiem farby. Łożyska będą siedzieć sztywno. Dopiero co został złożony i czeka na test w boju ale na chwilę obecną wygląda i pracuje bardzo dobrze. Liczę że posiedzi w replice długi czas.

Jeden z lepszych szkieletów gearbox w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Posiada dużo obłych kątów (+ wytrzymałości krawędziowej) również wewnątrz. Podczas montażu musiałem wykonać proste fazowanie frontu głowicy cylindra aby uwzględnić obłość wewnętrzną (możliwe że wersja głowicy ze zderzakiem gumowym byłaby bardziej dopasowana). Dodatkowo konieczne było zaokrąglenie szkieletu nad prowadnicą sprężyny, ponieważ blokował się podczas montażu do korpusu m4.

Ránézésre, fogásra nagyon masszívnak tűnik (remélem tényleg az), olyan, mintha CNC gearbox lenne. Ami negatívum, hogy reszelgetni kell. Gyári állapotban nem illeszkedik elég jól. Alapállapotban nem fogad minden hengerfejet. Az itthon találhatók közül egy POINT az egyetlen, amit belerakva a két oldal összeilleszthető.

Terrible quality gearbox shell made of the cheapest pot metal that is extremely heavy and not well made. Save your money and buy more reputable brand of gearbox shell.

Mine came crooked and when closed it had gaps between the halves of the shell.

Build quality is decent, holes for the bushings are a little tight on mine, they required some filing down to be able to fit the Point bearings I ordered with it. Not a dealbreaker, but a little annoying.

All in all, a decent shell, can't complain at this price.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this, the bores for bushings are too tight so only can be installed after a lot of filing, some of the threads were not made well on mine I had to re thread the motor mounting screws, the thread for the trigger switch, the material is the cheapest pot metal they could find

Out of spec. The two halves I have received were slightly bowed outward and would not sit flushed when placed together. The paint they to cover the entire gearbox makes installing the other components such as the bushings/ bearings extremely difficult with out having to sand down or remove material. Overall I would avoid this shell.

Bought a few of these since they were so cheap, and was suprised in both good and negative ways. Starting off with the bad suprises was that the bushing holes were a bit too small, easy fix minute fix with a file though and being careful not to remove to much material. Second negative surprise was that one half of the shell was warped a bit, so the halfes dont snug together without screws, but as soon as you screw them together then no problemo!
Now to the pleasant suprise since i did not read the description, quick spring change function!
then overall the shell seems nice, and when I have more time it will find a new home inside a VFC SCAR H!
NOTE: I have only checked 2 shells out of 5. both had the bushing hole being to tight, but only one was a bit warped in the middle
