A revolutionary cylinder head for V2 and V3 gearboxes. Our unique design solution brings a new standard of quality and performance. Affixing the cylinder head inside the gearbox prevents undesired movements during fire.

We would like to introduce you to our recommended line of parts from EPES, which has been creating tuning parts that have been known on the airsoft market for years.
The cylinder head design eliminates some of the disadvantages of standard commercially available parts. The nozzle guide has an increased diameter, which also improves the nozzle's operating axis.
The increased diameter eliminates the play between the nozzle and the guide, which translates into a perfect fit of the hop-up rubber to the flange in the extended position, preventing the nozzle from moving off the axis.
Lack of proper operation in the nozzle axis may cause problems such as curling of the rubber flange or damage to the hop-up rubber.
The "Midcap syndrome" also does not make itself felt when using Mid-cap magazines with a strong spring, because the balls pushed out with great force pressing on the nozzle do not lift it, while maintaining a full axis in relation to the chamber and barrel.
An additional advantage of EPES cylinder heads is the quality of workmanship and the product's finishing with a PTFE coating, improving the free operation of the nozzle on the guide.

The innovative design allows for a longer stroke of the tappet plate for maximum performance and reliability of your AEG weapon.The combination of uncompromising manufacturing quality, which ensures perfectly smooth surfaces, and unique H+PTFE surface finish allows for a maximally fluent operation of the nozzle. The material used for the construction - aircraft-grade duralumin with H+PTFE surface finish - ensures longevity of parts.Special impact rubber pads of our own design are made from durable polyurethane to improve airflow and provide maximum longevity and impact absorption. They are available in three stiffness grades and four thickness options for the ideal setting of the AOE.

• Medium length nozzle guide rod - optimal for nozzle length in 20-24 mm range (AK, AR15 or similar type)
• Increased tappet plate stroke length compared with standard cylinder heads
Allows for the use of up to 1 mm longer nozzle in order to provide a tighter fit between the nozzle and hop-up bucking during shooting Removes potential feeding issues while retaining perfect tightness between the nozzle and hop-up bucking during shooting

• Rubber impact pads made from polyurethane (PU) rubber with 70, 80 and 90 sh hardness with maximized impact area
80 sh for springs of up to SP160 strength For high fire rate and high-capacity guns (for example machine guns), where 100+BB bursts can be expected, we recommend using a spring one level weaker than stated above (e.g. maximum spring strength of SP120 for 70 sh hardness)
• Available also in version without the impact rubber pad in order to be used with other available PU impact pads or Sorbopad in selected hardness, according to selected spring and pad height in order to adjust AOE
• Compared with Mk.I version, Mk. II has an added H+PTFE surface finish, longer nozzle pilot, adjusted nozzle pilot diameter and reworked impact rubber pad design for a more efficient impact force distribution
• Made from EN AW 7075-T6 aircraft-grade duralumin with proven H+PTFE surface finish for ideal sliding properties while retaining high abrasion resistance of the surface
• The Impact rubber pad is made from polyurethane (PU) rubber in selected hardness and O-rings are made from NBR 70 sh
