Long rifle transport case [8FIELDS]

Long gun transport case by 8Fields is designed for safe carrying and storage of technical gear and equipment that requires additional protection. The construction made from polypropylene, equipped with an O-ring seal and an automatic pressure equalization valve, supports equipment transport in demanding field and travel conditions.

Construction and design

The case body is made from polypropylene (PP), combining high mechanical resistance with a relatively low construction weight. The material supports protection of carried equipment against impacts, pressure, and intensive use during transport.

The case features an IP67 certificate, which means full protection against dust ingress and protection against the effects of short-term immersion in water up to 1 m deep.

The construction is protected against water, dust, sand, and dirt. The rubber O-ring seal and waterproof strips help limit moisture ingress into the interior of the case.

The case is equipped with corrosion-resistant steel hinges and stainless steel latches. Padlock holes allow additional protection of the contents during storage or transport.

The automatic pressure equalization valve allows compensation of pressure changes caused by altitude or temperature differences, making the case easier to open after travel and supporting the sealed construction.

Ergonomics and handling

The model is equipped with a side handle, top handle, and PP transport wheels. This setup makes carrying, rolling, and moving the case with heavier equipment easier.

The interior of the case measures 1061 × 347.8 × 319 mm and allows transport of a long airsoft replica or other dimensionally compatible equipment. The lid depth is 65.5 mm, while the bottom section depth is 253.5 mm, giving a total internal depth of 319 mm.

The empty case weighs ~9.5 kg.
