Strike Industries AK-TRAX Rifle Replica, GEN-2, ETU Eshooter - Tan [EMG]

Strike Industries AK-TRAX Rifle GEN-2 airsoft rifle by CYMA Platinum is an electric replica based on the AK-74 platform, equipped with licensed Strike Industries components. The GEN-2 construction uses the Eshooter V3 MOSFET and TRAX 1 and TRAX 2 KeyMod handguards, supporting convenient replica configuration, fast trigger response and modern handling ergonomics.

Strike Industries license

The model uses licensed Strike Industries components, including AK Modular / KeyMod Handguard Rail-TRAX 1 and TRAX 2 handguards, AK Enhanced Pistol Grip, AK to AR Stock Adapter and Strike Industries Viper CQB Stock. Licensed markings are placed on the TRAX 1 handguard, the base plate of the pistol grip and the stock.

The use of licensed components allows the classic AK layout to be combined with more modern ergonomics and wider accessory configuration options. The AR stock adapter and QD points on both sides of the adapter make it easier to adjust the sling to the preferred way of carrying the replica.

Construction and design

The AK-TRAX GEN-2 replica is made from a combination of metal and polymer. Metal components include the receiver, gas block, outer barrel, AR stock adapter and controls, while the TRAX 1 and TRAX 2 handguards are made from aluminum.

The Strike Industries Viper CQB Stock and AK Enhanced Pistol Grip are made from durable polymer. This configuration supports a stable grip, comfortable replica handling and the ability to adapt it to modern airsoft setups based on the AK platform.

A RIS rail is located on the dust cover, allowing the user to mount optics or other compatible accessories. The replica also features mechanical sights, including a rear aperture sight integrated with the RIS rail on the dust cover.

Ergonomics and accessory configuration

The aluminum TRAX 1 and TRAX 2 KeyMod handguards allow the mounting of replaceable RIS rails and compatible accessories in selected positions. This construction supports equipping the replica with a red dot sight, foregrip, flashlight or other equipment compatible with the mounted rails.

The 14 mm CCW thread on the outer barrel allows the installation of compatible muzzle devices. The serial number is placed on the bottom of the receiver, making the replica easier to identify.

Internals and mechanics

The replica is equipped with a new-generation GEN-2 V3 gearbox with a quick spring change system. The internal system includes 8 mm steel ball bearings, short-stroke 13:1 CNC gears, a piston with full steel teeth and a steel bearing spring guide.

A hi-torque neodymium motor is responsible for driving the system. The pneumatic system uses a set of aluminum heads, a type 0 steel cylinder and a POM nozzle, supporting the air seal during replica operation.

Electronic system

The Eshooter V3 MOSFET supports fast trigger response and allows the user to use configurable fire modes, including burst and binary. The system also enables pre-cocking adjustment with 5 piston pre-tension levels.

The electronics offer simple programming, brushless motor support, Active Brake, motor lock protection and battery protection.

Performance and precision

The replica uses a brass inner barrel with a length of 455 mm and a diameter of 6.03 mm. The metal AK-standard hop-up chamber allows BB spin adjustment and supports trajectory stabilization.

The factory muzzle velocity is ~380 FPS, while the rate of fire reaches ~22 RPS. These parameters support the use of the replica during medium-range airsoft games.

Power supply

The replica uses a T-connect plug, and the battery compartment is located under the dust cover.
