      As far as pro's go, this has the absolute best, shortest trigger throw of any ak I have used. Out of the box, performance is like a mosfet equipped CYMA. The body is some kind of steel, though it seems a lighter variety than you find on an E&L if you do a side by side comparison. Along with the body composition, I found this replica lighter than I anticipated on account of the plastic stock; not a bad thing.

      Some downsides to this replica are that the folding stock has about 3mm (1/8") of side-to-side wobble when extended. I was able to reduce, but not eliminate this by wrapping the stock latch that clips into the receiver lug with some electrical tape; the wobble makes me hesitant to trust the rear sling mount. The replica is picky with magazines; a metal CYMA 5.45 fits and feeds, but no CYMA 7.62 mags I've tried do. E&L 5.45 mags work, as do Bluebox 5.45, and 7.62 LCT mags. So, buy some S&T mags to go with it and save yourself a headache.

      So far, a good replica, and no problems I can't live with!

      Avoid buying this gun. The motor cage is loose can’t be tightened. The quality of the gun is very poor. After buying 10+ guns from cheap to expensive. And this is by far the worst gun iv bought. Iv had it a month and it’s been into the shop twice for repairs.

An airsoft AEG AK-105 carbine made by S&T Armament (Smart Team). A compact version of the modernized AK-74M rifle with a steel receiver, a polymer handguard, and a side-folding stock. Powered by a 3rd gen gearbox with a quick change spring system and a MOSFET.

Features are the durable structure and good fitting of elements. It's the signature of all S&T Armament products. The AK-105 airsoft carbine is made mostly of steel and aluminum. The stamped steel receiver is equipped with a side-rail. You can attach on it optics dedicated to AK rifles or dovetail mounts. It is also compatible with tactical accessories from manufacturers such as CYMA and 5KU. Standard polymer elements such as a handguard, a stock, and a grip can be replaced with modernized parts. The steel receiver cover can be replaced with one equipped with a Picatinny mount rail. Flash hider can be replaced by a silencer or a tracer unit for glow-in-the-dark BBs.

The AEG AK-105 is equipped with the reinforced V3 gearbox by S&T Armament. The quick spring change system allows you to adjust the rifle's power to the conditions of the airsoft game. You do not need to open the whole gearbox. The important feature is the integrated MOSFET. Equipped with over-discharge protection by cut-off function. And an electric trigger with a magnetic sensor to improve responsiveness. The gearbox is compatible with upgrade parts from other airsoft producers. GB is ready to work with LiPo 11.1V batteries.

The place for stick-type battery is under the receiver cover. Matching batteries and chargers: 11.1V 1400mAh LiPo battery, V3 LiPo/LiFe charger
