Nozzle NiPTFE - 19,7mm [EPeS AIRSOFT]

The double-sealed nozzle covered with a NiPTFE coating was made of aluminum on CNC machines. It has two internal O-rings, thanks to which it ensures excellent tightness and guidance of the nozzle.

The NiPTFE surface finish is characterized by a unique combination of high hardness and low coefficient of friction. Thanks to these properties, the protection of the parts is excellent, helping to achieve maximum performance and keeping the weapon in top shape.
The new generation of nozzles is characterized by a surface with a very low coefficient of friction.
These attributes are achieved by anodizing the part, creating an oxide layer on its surface (also known as Hard Anodizing) with a hardness of up to 600 HV. This layer is then sealed by an additional Teflon treatment combined with nickel.
The coating is an excellent solution to problems related to seizing of moving parts.

This is the key difference between the colored anodized surfaces preferred by other manufacturers.
