      It's not the mosfet with the most bells and whistles, but it does it's job perfectly well.
      It has greatly improved the trigger response of my P90, allowing the use of 11.1V LiPo batteries, protecting the trigger contacts and increasing the ROF.

      Very affordable mosfet, i owns a couple of this mosfet installed mostly on AEG that use 11.1v battery to make sure i dont burn the switch. The mosfet is small enough for me to easy install on convivent space in the airsoft like AK, SVD. Require some solder experience and tools for installment.

It protects the switch against sparking and burning it, thanks to a very low internal resistance it does not discharge the battery.
