      It's durable, easy to install and has worked on every optic's I've tested it on in the last 4 years. I used it on a JG103 replica for 4 years and it worked perfectly on the CM.041. However, what can be a problem is the your scope is long, the guard you want to mount on the rail may not fit in front of it. But all the tools you will need come with the rail you purchase.

      Solid mount with a niece paint finish. I got this for my Classic Army MP 5 and the mount fits fine on this brand as well. Came with a spare screw and allen key/hex wrench. When tightening make sure to secure the fasteners crosswise so it will settle into a final level position

      Happy with it but in retrospective I would buy the slightly more expensive but longer rail. It’s basically the same but extends until the front sight with an m-lok system. Minimal in design but when seeing it up close you d like the extra space … still if you re sure you just want to mount a red dot and not additional (torch, camera, etc) this one does the job perfectly without making the replica more bulky in any way.

      Dear Sir, we cannot be responsible for you buying the shorter rail that you need to. The product has clear pictures showing how big it is and it's not the fault of the product that it's exactly like in the photos and description.

      Cheap, effective, light way to mount an optic to your MP5. Very much a useful upgrade, and it barely affects the bulk/weight/etc of the gun. Does not interfere with the iron sights, so if your optic/red dot setup is done properly you can still cowitness with the irons in case your battery dies.

      There's also a version on taiwangun you can get (if it's in stock) that has an m-lok portion running all the way to the front part of the iron sights and runs over the top of the outer barrel. That one's more expensive, so in terms of bang-for-buck it's not quite as good a buy as this one, but can also be a good option if you want to mount a flashlight or something to the front and you don't have one of the modernized MP5s that has an m-lok handguard. (Note that you'd probably need an angled m-lok offset if going that route if you want a light that won't interfere with/be interfered with your irons - taiwangun carries these as well for cheaper than someplace like Amazon.)

The grooves of the rail fit just perfect near the rear iron sight and is really sturdy. It also does not block the iron sight view. My only complain is that it's short but still fits my scopes pretty well.

      I put a rail raiser and a small 22mm red dot sight and it stays on top, no movement, no creaking, all solid.
