My only problem is that it has 3 modes of operation that cycle around with each press (Bright - OFF - Less bright - OFF - Bright strobe - OFF). There is no point in the "Less bright" option which just makes it a hassle to use. The strobe is useful I guess if you are using it indoors or as a distractions left on an object in night games. Not bad of a flashlight but not great. Considering its price its a 4 stars for me. Would be 5 stars if the "Less bright" option was not present.

      I only bought this because of it's low price as a backup flashlight, but I was pleasantly surprised by it. It feels and looks sturdy, and all it requires is a standard AA battery. It really lights up dark spaces surprisingly well for it. It's nothing spectacular, don't get me wrong, but I was expecting worse, I'll admit.

      For the price it's 100% worth it.

      It's adequately bright for its price and luckily doesn't get hot as quickly as some other flashlights.

      It definitely won't light up an entire forest for you, but for indoor usage and everyday tasks, it is absolutely perfect.
